View the researchers› data transfer log and synchronize it. #
The system enables you to view the researchers’ data transfer log, their synchronization status, and the version they are working on in the field. This information is useful for tracking the success of their data transfer and upload when they connect to the internet.

To view the log, follow these steps:
- Select “Data Sync Log”
from the side control menu. A table will appear containing the following data:
- Username.
- Name.
- Sync Status
- Sync date and time
- Error Description.
- Version.
- You can filter the table by clicking “Filters“
, which will display the filter options as shown in the following image:
- Users: to select a specific user and view their data transfer log.
- Sync status: to display whether the data transfer was successful or failed.
- Sync Execution Status: to distinguish between cases where synchronization was performed or not performed for users.
- Data Range: to specify a particular date for viewing the data transfer log.
- You can export the data transfer log in CSV format by clicking the provided link
, allowing you to handle the data outside the system.

- You can search for a specific user within the data transfer log by typing their name in the search box
to display only their log.
