The survey Screen provides an integrated environment for efficient survey management. It enables role organization and task assignment to users through maps or lists, making it easier to monitor task execution. It also supports tracking field researchers, reviewing the data transfer log, and configuring survey settings, including tracking and geolocation mechanisms, which enhance data accuracy and streamline workflow.

The functions available in the survey Screen contribute to simplifying form management, organizing user roles, and efficiently monitoring task execution. This enhances data accuracy and ensures smooth progress tracking. The following is an overview of these functions:

  • Display the survey Main Screen: Provides an overview of the form content, related information, and access to its settings.
  • Define survey Roles: Specify the different user roles within the form to ensure clear distribution of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Add Users to Form Roles: Assign users to the defined roles in the form according to their tasks and permissions.
  • Preview User Roles in the survey: Review the roles assigned to each user in the form and verify their permissions, with the ability to modify them when needed.
  • Assign Tasks Using Maps: Distribute tasks based on their related geographic locations through maps.
  • Assign Tasks Using the List: Allocate tasks to users through an organized list of names and related information.
  • View Data Transfer Log: Review the history of changes and updates made to the data within the form.
  • Tracking: Monitor the real-time field locations of researchers in the field.
