Edit Account Information in the “Call Center” System #
To edit account information in the Call Center system, follow these steps:
- Click on your name displayed at the top of the screen; a dropdown menu will appear with two options, as shown in the following image:
- My Account
- Log Out


- Click the “My Account” option to open the Personal Account Information window, which includes the following tabs:
- General Information Tab includes:
- User profile picture
- Arabic Name
- English Name
- Username
- Phone Number
- Email address
- Organization
- User Parent
- User Group
- User language
- Permissions Tab: Displays the permissions granted to the user account.
- Click “Edit Profile” to make the above options editable.
- Update your information, then click “Save”.
- General Information Tab includes:

INFO
- You can change your profile picture by clicking “User Photo” and uploading a new image.
- The Username field cannot be modified.
- Each user is assigned a unique extension number.
