The main dashboard in the Call Center System provides a comprehensive interface to manage your personal account information, change your password, and log out. It also allows you to switch the system language between Arabic and English, send and track notifications, access Al-Khwarizmi platform information, and view available forms with options to filter or search through them. These features collectively provide all the tools needed to ensure a fast and efficient workflow.

The main dashboard includes the following specialized functions:
- Edit Account Information: Update account details such as name, email, phone number, profile picture, and change the password.
- Change Password: Modify your account password according to the system’s security requirements.
- Log Out: Sign out of the system to protect privacy and ensure data security.
- Change Language: Select the display language of the system.
- Send Notifications: Send notifications to specific users.
- Track Notifications: View all sent notifications with options to filter them by date or type.
- View Platform Information: Access Al-Khwarizmi platform details, such as version, copyright, and licensing, through the information window.
- View Available Forms: Display available forms—whether published, expired, or closed—that were created or are being worked on within the system, with options to filter by date or search for a specific form.
