Assign specific units to users, enabling them to follow up on the survey. #
Through “Assign Tasks“ you can define the user responsible for monitoring each survey using the map by assigning the areas that each researcher is accountable for. This helps facilitate and organize the data collection process.
To select specific units and assign a user to them using the “Search Unit” feature, follow these steps:
- Select “Task Assignment”
from the side control menu.

- Click “Search” to open aside panel.

- From the panel, select the “Search by Unit” tab.
- Choose the layer from the following options:
- City or village.
- District.
- Compound.
- Landmark.
- Building.
- Road.

- You can select the option to search only for unassigned areas.
- To search for a specific unit within a layer, type its name in the search box
, then click the “Search” icon
. - Select the checkbox next to the unit’s name.
- Once you finish setting the search options, click “Show on Map”
. A map will appear with the unit highlighted in red, indicating that it has not yet been assigned to any user, as shown in the adjacent image:

- Click on the areas you want to assign; their color will change to blue.
- Click “Assign”
