How to set GPS tracking settings
From settings screen, choose GPS Tracking tab.
Select tracking time (from time, to time), then insert GPS interval (seconds).
How to set geo fencing setting
From settings screen, choose GEO Fencing tab.
Click on Password Options, select Password Required, insert waning distance (m), prevent distance (m), and password length.
Select password expiry (date (every day), time (every hour)) which means that password will not valid after the expiry time chosen, then click on Save.
WARNING
- Warning Distance: if the field worker is far from the building point based on his coordinates X Meters, then the system will display a warning message but can access the building and fill out the survey.
- Prevent Distance: if the field worker is far from the building point based on his coordinates X Meters, then the system will display a prevent (Error) message, in this case user can’t access the building and fill out the survey.
- Warning distance should be less than prevent distance.
How to retrieve geo fencing password
In some cases, a field worker can face issues in getting the GPS coordinates and needs permission to get access to the building.
From Settings screen choose the field worker and then press on Generate Password, retrieve the password from generate password field.
Click on copy icon (
) to copy the password.
