How to filter my tasks

The filter tab contains a set of filters that are used to filter the search for surveys.

Click on the filter icon, enter one or more of the search filters (Completeness status, last call status, call center status, review status, sort by editing date, and have notes).

  • To empty the fields, click on Clear.

How to edit columns order and show/hide data of my tasks

Click on My Tasks from the side screen, click on the Columns icon.

Select the columns to be shown/hidden in the table (You can either select or order the columns to be shown in the screen, to order the columns you just have to drag and drop the columns in the intended sequence you want) then click Save.

How to re-open an old task (In Progress or Done Task)

From My Tasks page, click on Open Survey from action column.

How to preview a survey work-flow log

Click on View from the call log’s column.

Click on Survey Log from the bottom of the screen.

How to send a message on a specific questionnaire

From My Tasks page, click on () from team message column.

Write the message then click on Send.
