How to access the results of a specific survey

Click on reports icon () from My Surveys page to open results page.

How to preview survey static KPI’s

The page shows survey’s period, number of question, number of respondents, and filling time.

Questions appear on the left of the screen, and you can search for a specific question through the search field.

The screen shows a graph showing the relationship between the number of respondents and filling time, also you can select the survey template.

How to display the results of answers to a specific question

click on the required question, the figure and the table represent the results of answers to the question.

You can change the theme or change the look of the figure.

How to export results to excel

Click on Export to excel then select survey template.

Select record status, export language (Arabic or English), groups, and static columns then click Export to download excel sheet.
