How to choose a survey
From all surveys screen, select the survey by placing the mouse and clicking on it as shown in the screen below.
Surveys could be viewed in two ways: Card view and list view, to change how surveys are displayed, click on Change View Tools from all surveys page.
The display of the surveys will be changed as the screen below.
How to search for a survey
To search for a specific survey from all surveys screen, click on the search field and insert the survey name as shown in the following screen.
You can use filters by click on (
) next to the search field, select one or more of the following filters: survey status (new, in progress, draft, published, closed, expired), survey type (al Khwarizmi survey, map update survey), period – start, period – end.
When choosing one of the filters, the search results appear directly.
You can empty the search filters by clicking on Reset.
How to choose specific period to work on
From all surveys screen, select the surveys then click on Select Period.
Choose the required period.
- If the survey is not periodic then the publish start and end dates will be viewed as default
