How to check data synchronization for field workers
From Data Sync Log screen, a table appears containing several columns, one of which is the sync status column.
Sync status represents the data sync status for each field worker.
How to filter sync log
From Data Sync Log screen, click on Filters icon.
Select one or more of the following filters (user, sync status, sync execution status, data range).
- To empty the search filters, click on Clear
How export sync log report
From Data Sync Log screen, click on Export to CSV.
How to preview live users in field on map
From Tracking screen, the map provides the live tracking in field.
How to preview a recorded track for a specific user for a specific time range
From Tracking screen, click on Search, then deactivate Live Mode.
Select the recoded date, time (from – to), select user, then click on Show Results.
The following screen shows the results.
How to find the last coordinates for all users
From Tracking screen, select list view icon, then click on copy icon from copy coordinates column.
How to export field workers coordinates log to excel
From Tracking screen, select list view, then click on Export to CSV.
