How to create a managerial geographical level for each supervisor (or Managerial Role)

From Assign Tasks screen, click on Search & Assign.

Choose any geographical level above work area level and assign it to management role level.

Then by the pointer select the region, click on Assign.

  • This assignment of any geographical level will be considered as a work boundary for this supervisor/manager.

How to assign work areas to field workers

From Assign Tasks screen, click on Search & Assign.

Select GEO level and user level, then by the pointer select the region, click on Apply.

  • You can assign more than one work area to field workers

How to know where are the available work area on the map

The map displays specific colors, as each color represents the state of the region.
The red color represents the unassigned regions.

How to assign work areas using draw feature on the map

From the Assign Tasks screen, select one of two draw icons located on the map.

Draw the region then click on Finish.

How to display all geographical areas over statuses and users as list view

Surveys could be viewed in two ways: Card view and list view, to change how geographical areas are displayed, click on Change View Tools from Assign tasks screen.

How to hide/ show Geographical layers on map

From Assign Tasks screen, put the pointer on the geographical layer’s icon ().

Hide / Show the required layer.

How to change map type

From Assign Tasks screen, put the pointer on the map type icon ().

Select the required type.

How to calculate a distance between two points on a map

From Assign Tasks screen, click on polyline icon as in the image below.

Click on the starting point, then put the pointer on the next point. The distance between the two points is calculated.

How to zoom in /out the map

It can zoom in / zoom out the map by two ways: by zoom in / zoom out icons or by mouse wheel.

How to filter data for a specific user, geographical level and status

From Assign Tasks screen, select list view then click on Filters icon.

Select one or more of the following filters (Geo data, user, area status).
