How to change my password
To change password, do the following:
- Click on Change Password from My Account screen.

- Enter the old password.
- Enter a new password.
- Confirm new password.
- Click on Save Changes.

Password must be:
- Minimum length (8).
- Include at least 1 number.
- include at least 1 uppercase letter.
- include at least 1 lowercase letter.
- include at least 1 symbol (special character).
How to update my account information
When login into your account, you will be directed to the Dashboard screen. Click on the icon (
) in the upper left corner of the screen, and then click My Account.

My Account page lets you do the following:
- Upload profile picture.
- Change the first name of the user.
- Change the last name of the user.
- Insert user’s Email.
- Insert company name.
- Insert job title.
- Choose the industry of the company.
- Choose the country.
- Note that username field is disabled and cannot be changed.
- The required field is (First name, last Name, Email ) and you can’t save any changes without adding them
How to add users to your team
When login into your account, you will be directed to the Dashboard screen. Click on the icon (
) in the upper left corner of the screen, and then click User Management.
Create user accounts and give them certain permissions and assign surveys.

This page contains information that must be entered about the user being created:
- First name.
- Last name.
- Username.
- Email.
- Password.
- User type:
- Creator: can create surveys.
- Reviewer: Just review the survey.
- Company name.
- Job title.
- Industry.
- Country.
- Permissions, such as view reports, delete survey, and so on.
After adding a user, you can edit or delete it by clicking on Edit and Delete icon, and you can change password.

How to delete a survey designer user
When login into your account, you will be directed to the Dashboard screen. Click on the icon (
) in the upper left corner of the screen, and then click User Management.
Delete the user by clicking on the delete icon as in the image below.

How to assign survey to a designer user and set related permissions
This page is used to manage the creation of a survey and its distribution to users, assignations, and permissions.
When the admin wants a user to complete the steps of creating a survey, he will assign him to it by giving him certain permissions, no user can see the survey, except for the user who has been assigned to it.
- Click Assign Survey from the User Management screen, the following screen will appear.

- Select the user who you want to give him these permissions.
- Select the surveys you want to assign.
- Select each survey, then select the function you want to give it to a user.
